In December, the Board of Trustees approved an ambitious plan that includes a budget of more than 743,000 euros to finance activities, research, and education, among others. The goal is to continue offering a high-quality service both to the public and the scientific community.
One of the key aspects of the action plan is the human team, consisting of 24 people who will work either full-time or part-time. The funding comes partly from contributions by the trustees, while the rest is generated through the Foundation’s own income. Additionally, the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) will maintain its collaboration, providing two researchers and two student assistants.
