On Thursday, June 26, we welcomed Alejandro Santiago to MUCBO. He is the curator of the Botanical Garden of Castilla-La Mancha and head of its Germplasm Bank (JBCLM).
This visit was part of an ongoing exchange of experiences between the technical teams of both botanical gardens. Last year, two of our gardeners travelled to Castilla-La Mancha to learn firsthand about their work and methodology.
This time, we had the pleasure of hosting Alejandro Santiago at our facilities, where we continued sharing knowledge, conservation strategies, and experiences in managing botanical collections.
A highly enriching exchange that strengthens collaboration between institutions dedicated to preserving plant biodiversity.
