The Forest Sings… and Children Listen with Their Whole Body

On Sunday, June 22, we experienced an unforgettable sensory and musical moment in the Garden with the family workshop The Forest Sings!, led by Isabel Domínguez, founder of the project Música per Infants.

The youngest participants dove into a living, participatory story where they explored the sounds of nature—rain, thunder, birdsong, and wind—using instruments such as musical chimes, rain sticks, and dancing scarves. Through the story I Am the Forest! and musical and movement-based activities, the workshop nurtured creativity, sensory awareness, and a connection with nature in a playful, educational, and emotionally rich way.

A beautiful invitation to listen to nature with the whole body and to foster, from an early age, a deep love for our environment.
