Balearic flora through the seasons is shown through a fantastic mural illustrated by Cati Artigues and co-financed by the environmental education grants from GOIB. The Sóller Botanical Garden, dedicated to the conservation and study of Balearic flora, has plants grouped in collections of wild and cultivated flora. These collections facilitate research on the biodiversity and adaptations of plants in their environment. Throughout the year, plants show adaptations to Mediterranean seasons: mild winters, active springs, dry summers, and reactivating autumns. Observing phenology allows studying the impact of climate change on ecosystems, helping to identify vulnerable species and develop conservation measures.
