Collecting Wood Samples at Cabrera National Park

As part of the ARCHBOTANKA project, members of MUCBO and the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle in Paris traveled to Cabrera in April to collect wood samples.

During this sampling, fragments of woody plants were collected from locations of archaeological interest. The aim of this task is to create a reference collection of charcoal.

We thank Cabrera National Park for its support and collaboration, which made this task possible.
