On Saturday, January 18th, we gathered at MUCBO with Llorenç Payeras and Juanan Fernández to intertwine horticulture and gastronomy while discovering the different varieties of carrots.
The attendees had the opportunity to learn about the peculiarities of cultivating this vegetable and the various varieties grown here, and finally, taste black Mallorcan carrots in a marinade and fried purple carrots.
Soon, we will announce the upcoming dates and open registrations for the workshops of the “DE L’HORT A LA CUINA” cycle, funded by the Conselleria d’Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació | Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA).
