Exploring the Organoleptic Properties of Citrus and Gin

On Sunday, October 6th, we gathered at MUCBO with Cabraboc for a truly fascinating experience!
Participants in the event “Les llimones: de l’hort a la botella” had the opportunity to taste different Mallorcan spirits with diverse organoleptic properties and later create their own lemon liqueur, macerated with other selected ingredients such as orange blossom, citrus leaves, or aromatic herbs.

It was a pleasure to share this experience with all the attendees, thanks to Miquel and Max Capó from Cabraboc!
