Delving into the Viticulture of the Balearic Islands

On Saturday, October 5th, we experienced an unforgettable day at MUCBO thanks to the workshop series “De l’Hort a la Cuina”! Among the collection of vine varieties at the Botanical Garden and an exceptional tasting in the Museum’s halls, Llorenç Payeras and Selva Vins guided us on a journey into the world of viticulture, exploring the wine varieties of our islands in depth. We discovered everything from their cultivation to their rich enological heritage, all within the “From the Garden to the Kitchen”De l’Hort a la Cuina” series.
