Discovering the Diversity of Cabbages and Their Culinary Versatility

Saturday, November 9th, continuing with the “De l’Hort a la Cuina” workshop series, funded by FOGAIBA, we met at the MUCBO to explore the world of cabbages.

Agricultural engineer Llorenç Payeras explained to the attendees the agronomic characteristics of the diverse varieties of cabbages grown in our islands. Following that, Juanan Fernández prepared a dish of cabbage and cod “farcellets” with “col borrachona” cabbage.

We will soon share with you the date for the next workshop in the series, this time dedicated to Christmas dishes!
