On the morning of Saturday the 26th, we had the pleasure of hosting the presentation of Catalina Alou Font’s latest publication, “Venim de les estrelles per habitar la terra” (We Come from the Stars to Inhabit the Earth).
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to meditate together, guided by Catalina, and to learn about the seed of this work and how it developed through the author’s journey to Japan. This book aims, step by step, question by question, to guide readers toward a new understanding of who we are from a less anthropocentric perspective. The gathering was a beautiful glimpse into what the book offers—the fusion of spirituality and everyday life, of energy and matter—to bring light and peace to those who seek to embrace life more fully.
