We continue the Self-Sufficiency Workshop Series with a new must-attend session for those who love the land and wish to preserve agricultural traditions: Ramellet Tomato and Its Preservation, led by expert Llorenç Payeras.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the rich diversity of traditional ramellet tomato varieties—one of the most iconic products of our local agriculture. We’ll learn about their characteristics, how to grow them, and above all, how to preserve them naturally to enjoy them all year round.

Llorenç Payeras will share techniques for selection, storage, and preservation, and we’ll make traditional tomato strings (enfilalls) for year-round use.
