Last Thursday, April 23rd, around forty members of the Senior Citizens’ Association of Sóller visited the Museum and the Botanical Garden.
The event was organized by the Friends of MUCBO Society, and the attendees were able to enjoy the guided tour led by Isabel Bauzá, who worked for many years in public-facing roles at the Camp d’en Prohom facilities and is currently a volunteer at MUCBO.
After an introduction by the president of the society, Lluc García, the participants took a walk through the garden and the orchard and were later invited to a light meal, also provided by the association.
The visit included an explanation of the conservation work carried out both at the museum and in the garden, as well as the importance of having a space like this in the municipality of Sóller.
