Imagine arriving at a silent garden, surrounded by greenery, where the air smells of wild herbs and damp earth, and soft light filters through the branches. The outside noise fades away. Time stands still. It’s just you, nature… and that living silence that speaks volumes.
On Friday, June 27 at 6:00 p.m., we invite you to take part in a Forest Bath at MUCBO | Botanic Garden, a sensory experience guided by Malena Bibiloni, MUCBO educator and certified forest bathing guide.
This is not a hike or a walk. It’s a moment to pause, listen, breathe… to reconnect with nature and with yourself. A time to stop doing and start being. You will enter the Garden as if stepping into a sacred space, awakening your senses and listening with your heart.
This practice, which comes from Japan, supports physical, mental, and emotional health. But above all, it brings us back to calm, presence, and respect for the natural world around us.
