As part of the workshop series, on June 28 we invite you to immerse yourself in the horticultural and culinary culture of the Balearic Islands with a workshop dedicated to traditional table grapes.
With Llorenç Payeras, we’ll explore the different local varieties of table grapes that have long been part of our agricultural landscape, learning how they are grown and how we can help preserve them.
This time, we’ll also be joined by chef Juanan Fernández, who will show us how to take this ingredient from the field to the kitchen, preparing creative and flavorful recipes that highlight the value of this deeply local product.
