As part of the self-sufficiency workshop series, we will dedicate the session on May 10th to learn about two traditional vegetables, “MALLORCAN ARTICHOKES AND CARD COLER” with Llorenç Payeras. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the Mallorcan artichoke and its cultivation, as well as the Card Coler and its uses. To finish, there will be a hands-on session on curdling milk with cardoon flowers.
