Continuing with the “FROM THE GARDEN TO THE KITCHEN” cycle, on Saturday, April 12th, we will learn about the history of citrus fruits in Mallorca and discover how to make the most of their aromatic properties. This time, agronomist Llorenç Payeras will join us to explain important aspects of citrus cultivation in Mallorca, and then, with Cabraboc, we will explore the various organoleptic properties of citrus fruits through a tasting of different Mallorcan spirits.
