Continuing with the From the Garden to the Kitchen series, on Saturday, March 22, we will learn about the peculiarities of a rice variety from Mallorca: the bombeta rice. On this occasion, Llorenç Payeras will guide us in discovering the agronomic characteristics of rice and the different varieties. Additionally, we will get to know and taste the culinary possibilities of bombeta rice with recipes from Juanan Fernández.
