As part of the self-sufficiency workshop cycle, we will dedicate a session to learn about the TRADITIONAL VARIETIES OF ORANGE with Llorenç Payeras. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about different types of oranges and the local varieties from Sóller, as well as some traditional ancient varieties. The method of home preserving orange juice will also be explained and practiced.
