The Friends of MUCBO Society continues to bring us closer to the fascinating world of birds with a new activity of the 2026 Ornithology Cycle, a programme designed to help participants discover and better understand the birdlife of the Balearic Islands.
On this occasion, we will visit the S’Albufera de Mallorca Natural Park, one of the most outstanding birdwatching sites in the Balearic Islands, where we will enjoy a guided field observation session led by Antoni Fontanet, member of the Friends of MUCBO Society.
Participants will have the opportunity to observe different bird species in their natural habitat, learn about their biology and behaviour, and become familiar with basic bird identification techniques.
