Led by Lloren\u00e7 Payeras, we\u2019ll uncover the secrets of this fruit so common in the Balearic Islands\u2014how it\u2019s grown and how to turn it into artisanal jam.<\/p><p>During this workshop, Lloren\u00e7 Payeras will guide us through the different varieties of apricots historically cultivated in our region, showing us the techniques to transform them into delicious preserves.
