Additionally, participants were also able to enjoy a culinary demonstration led by Juanan Fern\u00e1ndez under the oak tree at the Botanic Garden.<br><br>It\u2019s a pleasure, once again, to participate in this initiative organized jointly by the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), IMEDEA, CSIC-UIB, and the Institute of Interdisciplinary Physics and Complex Systems (IFISC, CSIC-UIB).<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Saturday, November 9th, we had the pleasure of welcoming a hundred passengers to the &#8220;Ci\u00e8ncia a tot tren&#8221; activity.
