In addition, taxonomic nomenclature has been reviewed and updated based on the latest scientific data, through consultation of online databases and specialised publications. High\u2011quality photographs of the specimens have also been taken to facilitate their future location.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The collection of the <strong>MUCBO | Museu Balear de Ci\u00e8ncies Naturals<\/strong> consists of around <strong>90,000 items<\/strong>, many of them corresponding to batches of up to 500 elements.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, <strong>MuseumPlus<\/strong> is an essential tool for the documentation, conservation and management of cultural heritage.
